Return & Refund Policy
At Shotty, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
90-Day Warranty (Add-On Purchase Required)
A 90-day warranty is available exclusively as a purchasable add-on at checkout. Customers who purchase this warranty at the time of their original order are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 90 days of delivery for any reason, no questions asked.
This warranty must be selected and paid for at checkout to be valid. It cannot be added retroactively after an order has been placed.
Standard Orders (Without 90-Day Warranty)
For orders placed without the 90-day warranty add-on, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective as outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shoptheshotty@gmail.com with all of the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photo evidence of the damage or defect
- A video demonstrating the defect if applicable
- Photo of the original packaging
Claims submitted without complete evidence will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before approving any claim.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
- Items reported missing after the 48-hour damage window
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind (without 90-day warranty)
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned without prior approval
- Orders placed without the 90-day warranty add-on
Returns
Return requests are only accepted for customers who have purchased the 90-day warranty add-on. All returns must be:
- Requested within 90 days of delivery
- Unused and in original packaging
- Shipped back at the customer's expense
Refunds or replacements are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Shotty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier and provide us with the claim number for reference.
