At Shotty, we aim to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes after processing.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, GripFlame is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GripFlame is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The Shotty is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order.
